

A lovely original tinted lithograph entitled “The Regent’s Bridge, Waterloo Place Edinburgh”, by the London-born artist Samuel Swarbreck. Dates from 1837 and is one from a folio of 26 tinted lithos issued by Swarbreck in 1839 entitled “Sketches in Scotland, Drawn On The Stone From Nature”. In good condition in its original frame and mount. Signed, dated and titled in the plate.
Measures 44 cm wide by 32 cm deep (68 cm by 56 cm in its frame).

An acquatint by Sir Hugh Casson (1910-1999) showing people approaching a large church building. Signed in pencil and numbered 27 from a run of 100 and dated 199l in the plate, this work is in fair condition. There is a small yellow mark adjacent to the signature. In its original frame and mount.

A fine etching by the English artist Percy Lancaster (1878-1951), signed in pencil and titled, verso, “The Haven”. In good condition having been reframed recently.
