A Crowned Figure – 17th/18th Century Woodcut

A very old and very stylish woodblock print of a man wearing a crown or coronet.  I thought this might have been a print  by Picasso but it is much earlier,  dating from the 17th or 18th century. Unsigned and in good condition In its original frame.
