I 
A lovely old oil on canvas of a busy street scene in Abbeville, in the Rhone area in the North of France. Dating from the19th century, this work is unsigned but obviously by an accomplished hand. There is a part label, verso, on which the word “Abbeville” is quite clear and the number “5”. There is also a small and very old and unobtrusive repair to the canvas. Original frame and painting in good condition.
