It could be – “The Black House”. The image seems to be a landscape framed by a door or window. In good condition, recently framed and mounted.

Probably done in the 1970’s or 80’s The artwork itself is fine and in good condition. The original frame reflects its age and is best described as “shabby chic”. It works, though.
