The painter, draftsman and engraver, Daniel Bec, trained in Nice and Paris and later lived and worked to Genoa. In the 1970’s he moved from the realistic tradition in Italian art towards the direction of surrealism and in the 1980’s and 90’s he took part in a number of exhibitions in prestigious galleries and institutions in Italian cities, including Genoa, Milan and Ferrara.
