Born in West Hythe, Kent, Brian Oxley attended the Folkestone School of Art and has exhibited widely including in Royal Academy Summer Exhibitions. His paintings can be found in collections throughout the world and he is listed in David Buckman’s authorative “Artists in Britain since 1945” and in “Who’s Who in Art (35th Edition 2012)”. He has taught art in a number of schools and educational institutes.
