A rare and beautiful lithograph of an ink drawing by John Lennon, depicting the late Beatle embracing Yoko Ono. A limited edition marked in pencil 515 from a run of 3000, it bears the John Lennon Trademark and his personal red Chop Mark. In good condition. A fine old French etching of a cavalier by the French printmaker L. Henry Soterlet (FL. 1982), after Meissonier. Signed in pencil and dated 1865 in the plate this work has recently been reframed and remounted and is in good  condition bearing in mind its age.

A fine old French etching on vellum or parchment by Alfred Boilot (1761-1845), entitled “Le Hallebardier”, after Meissonier.  Signed in pencil. Copyright 1889 by Frederick Keppel & Co. of New York and Paris. Recently reframed and remounted. In good condition bearing in mind its age.  Image good. Some light browning and foxing to margins.

The Sentinel by Gaucherel after Meissonier

An etching entitled “The Sentinel” by the French printmaker Leon Gaucherel (1816-1886) after Meissonier. On vellum or mulberry paper and dated 1867 in the plate, this work has recently been reframed and remounted.  Bears a label, verso, indicating that it is on parchment  and is a proof etching.  Some light foxing overall but a rare and good piece. Published by E.E. Leggatt, London, in 1887.

A  rare and fine hand-tinted engraving entitled “Tarquin Et Luecrece” by the French engraver Pierre Louis Basan (1723-97) after Luc Jordans. Recently reframed and remounted, this work is in very nice condition bearing in mind its age. The image itself is clean with some browning to the margins. A lovely piece.
