A super etching by the English artist Aileen Mary Elliott (1896-1966) depicting a busy scene on a quayside somewhere on the Thames Estuary. Signed and titled in pencil by the artist. There is some other writing beside the name- could be the names of the two barges in the foreground but quite indistinct.
