I have no information about this artist other than that he had an address in the Glasgow area.
Entitled “Criss Cross” this is a lovely little oil and gesso nude study of a young woman at sleep, with her head resting on a pillow. Unsigned, it bears a label, verso. In good condition in its original frame.
Measures 20.5 cm wide y 26 cm deep (42.5 cm wide by 47.5 cm deep in its frame.)
