An oil on board with a canal and barges in the foreground and a tower and city behind, in Belgium or Holland. Signed by the Irish artist John Hervey Oswald (1843-1895), recently reframed and in good condition.

Measures 24 cm wide by 31 cm high (40.5 cm by 47.5 cm in its frame).
