A delightful little watercolour and gouache by the Scottish artist Drummond Mayo, a former member of the RSW, entitled “Beach Huts”. Signed by the artist, this work is a fine example of Mayo’s extraordinary use of colour and composition. In good condition, it bears a label, verso, for the Macaulay Gallery in East Lothian.

A pair of fresh and bright gouache paintings of Scottish scenes – Loch Lomond and Garelochead by the artist H.Burton, about whom I can find no information. In their original 1960’s frames and in good condition, these pictures are both signed by the artist and dated 1968.
