Goldfish And Portugese Man O’ War by S. McCuish

A pair of Scottish etchings depicting marine life, signed in pencil by S.M. McCuish. The first depicts a goldfish and is entitled  “Carassus Auratus”. The second is of a Portuguese Man o’ War. Both in good condition in their original frames and mounts.

Each measures 15 cm wide by 16 cm deep (31 cm by 40 cm in their frames).

A fine etching with drypoint of St. Rumbold’s Cathedral in Malines (now Mechelen) in Belgium.    By the Glasgow artist William Renison  (1893-1938). Mounted but unframed. Titled and signed lower right in pencil. In good condition.  *Thanks to Jim Vallance for his help in locating this view.
