Nine Horses by John Maggiotto (2000)

A very interesting giclee print on archival paper of an original photo emulsion on marble by the American artist/photographer John Maggiotto,  titled “Nine Horses”. Produced in 2000, this work is signed and titled in pencil and  is numbered 12 from a run of 99. This image and the title was used for the front cover of a book of poems written by Billy Collins, the Poet Laureate for America beteen the years 2001 and 2003.   A copy of the book comes with this artwork (see image).  (Will ship to the USA but please contact Bill for delivery quote if interested). In good condition in its original frame.
