A rare pair of landscape watercolours showing Highland scenes by the English artist William Augustus Sillince. Each is signed by the artist, lower right, and both are in good condition having recently been professionally reframed. These are unusual, since Sillince was primarily a cartoonist.
Each measures 33.5 cm wide by 23 cm deep (52 cm by 43 cm in their frames and mounts).
